Terms of ServiceItems are shipped from USA.
Most items are sent first class parcel via USPS. Upgraded shipping for an additional fee is available upon request (use "Ask Seller a Question" in any listing).
Your purchases are carefully packaged and are usually shipped within 3 business days (M-F) after receipt of payment (usually next day). Most items travel USPS as indicated in the listing. If you prefer to upgrade or prefer another carrier, please let me know and I'll let you know what the modified shipping charge will be.
Items will be shipped to Paypal or Google Checkout address.
International purchasers are responsible for all fees beyond stated shipping fees, including VAT, import taxes, customs fees, etc. Undelivered items (or items where delivery is refused) which are returned to YayBeads will receive partial refunds, excluding shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. All purchases will be shipped with correct and honest declarations. "Ask Seller a Question" if you have questions.
Items valued over $400 may incur additional shipping/insurance fees to destinations outside of North America, Australia, Canada, and some parts of Europe. I will contact you if this is the case to let you know the additional fee, or you can email me prior to purchase to confirm cost.
INSURANCE CLAIMS: It hasn't happened yet, but in the event the item arrives damaged, please photograph the box BEFORE opening it. Take the photo, the invoice (showing price paid) and the item (including the box) to the Post Office to request your refund. Do let me know if there is any additional information I can provide you to expedite your claim.
